  1. Ginger is scientifically proven to prevent motion sickness. Look at your local drugstore, they probably have over-the-counter ginger capsules you should take probably forty-five minutes before you go to the amusement park.

  2. what i do is close my eyes. i know its not the best answer but it works for me. but honestly i dont think there is any way to stop it

  3. Try not to eat anything heavy before going on the rides like:

    ice cream

    french fries

    pizza

    hamburgers

    hot dogs

or stuff like that!! GOOD LUCK!!

  4. I take non-drowsy Dramamine.  It also helps to not eat a lot before you ride; I seem to do better if I eat lightly at parks where there are lots of rides.

    :o)

  5. There is not much you can do some people just can't take it. If you fall under that category try with rides that are safe, slow and run smooth and if you are comfortable try going on a crazier one, and slowly get your body used to being in abnormal situations. Also... don't eat or drink a lot before going on rides.... if you know what I mean ;-)
