  2. My grandmother goes back to her village in Greece every other year and always brings back olive oil.

You can use it with everything. We make our own mediterranean dressings for our salads and marinades for chicken and pork.

Dressing: Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, lemon juice, (all three equal parts) fresh oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper and some crumbled feta cheese. Served over romaine lettuce with black olives and feta!

Marinade: Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar (2:1) lemon juice (just to taste otherwise this will make the meat too hard) oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

Marinade chicken or pork and its wonderful. For a side, you can cut up chunks of potatoes and put them in a deep pan, cut one or two lemons in half and place them in the pan throughout potatoes. drizzle olive oil all over to coat potatoes and add about a half a cup of water. Sprinkle oregano and other spices to your liking and cover with tin foil. Bake and enjoy!!

  3. Probably a traditional Greek Salad
