  2. Have a look on 'The Actuarial Profession' website.  It's UK but should help.

  3. Depends on what insurance company they're with, the hours they work, how high up they are in that job, how long they've been doing it for.

  4. depends on experience

    1-4 years........40,000 euro

    5-9 years........72,000 euro

    10-19 years....89,000 euro

    Also male salaries (for some reason) are noticably higher than females
