What sat nav covers the whole of europe?

i am going from the UK to Turkey, by car, in which i really need a sat nav which covers the whole of europe, including countries such as hungary and bulgaria.

Does anyone know any sat navs that covers the whole of europe including them 2 countries?

toyota built-in nav disk latest version covers all europe inc latvia and others.

TomTom can SELL you a DVD with most of europe on the Disk.

but often you get better coverage from car makers in-built sat nav's than the handhelds as the hand-held is presumed to be for single country use, the idea being if you travel more widely you buy a vehicle with the inbuilt device!
