  1. Spicy Mayonnaise is used on a lot on Mackerel (saba) nigiri.

    Just combine 1/2 cup of your favorite mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce (Sriracha -found in Asian Market -it has a rooster on the label) with 1 tablespoon hot sesame oil and mix well.
