What sausage can i buy that taste the same or similar to McDonald's breakfast sausage McMuffin ?

none Mc"donalds has there sasages made spesialy for them, not sure why you would want to anyway they are lame.

this is what i use:

go to walmart...in the frozen food section, by the frozen waffles and such, they sell sausage patties...they are the closest match to the mcdonalds sausage i have found.

they are larger patties, precooked, and pretty inexpensive....the regular pork  patties are good, but, i like to use the maple flavored ones with the english muffins....it gives it a very yummmy taste!

you should really give them a try, they are very good!
