What school is best for Pastry chef in L.A.?

I want to go to culinary school to be a pastry chef and open my own buisness ,specializing in wedding cakes. I've searched the web for culinary schools but I really don't know which one is best for me.They all say they're great but which one is truly great? Please help. Thanks!

  1. Los Angeles Trade Tech offers a 2-year degree in culinary arts for a total course fee of around $970! And Trade Tech is a state-certified fully accredited trade college with all the bells and whistles associated with a Class A education.  Here's their culinary webpage:
