I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide next year which means I'll have to change schools. What school/s would you recommend for a girl, year 11 next year, loves performing but also wants to do well in school.

I was thinking about north sydney girls, santa sabina, monte?

But i really have no idea - it must be in the north shore or eastern suburbs.

PLEASE HELP! 10 POINTS~

  1. north sydney girls is really good. my friends went there and i went to the north sydney boys formals too. they get really good results in the HSC as every year they publish the schools in the newspaper with the top results.

another really good school is queenwood girls. my boyfriends daughters go there. they have a primary school and high school joined next to each other and its a very exclusive school. if you dont have much money i think you should go to north sydney girls as queenwood have absorbant fees.

i reccommend queenwood too as they have a very good program. they keep their parents involved in the school ativites. once a year they have a daughter/father camp. they also have a daughter/mother camp/day. they have a daugher dad dance. they have parents who come in for reading to help their kid with a teacher to read better. they have really good programs like for sport. they have options to do things like dancing and they learn french. my boyfriends daughters are in primary school and thats what they do in yr 5 and 6 and i know heis enrolling them there for yr7-12.

i highly reccommend it however the downside is its highly exorbant fees obviously.

best place is north sydney girls if u cant afford it

u can visit the queenwood website http://www.queenwood.nsw.edu.au/

it has the hsc results online and it has really good progrms that are designed personally to the childs likes and dislike. iam 22 and i went to a private catholic school in inner west of sydney. no way was the school i went too is as good as that even tho mine was a private school.

i really believe queenwood s a reallly really good school and i can see it by the many programs they have and they way m bfs daughters do. they are in yr 6 and they do many many programs wich are tailored.

btw Keiren perkens... the swimmer.. his daughter also goes to that school.

my bf  reg sees him round the school and  tells me how all the mothers all try to flirt wth him. LOL.

anyway im only speaking from experience

BTW queenwoods in north shore. if i have a kid i'll send my kid there.

  2. North Sydney Girls is a pretty good school. I'm not sure if it's on the North Shore, but Pymble Ladies' College also gets fairly impressive results, and even if it's not in your area, it would be worth the travel. Monte's not half bad either, but your best bet probably would be NSG

  3. james ruse

.......oh you're one of THOSE ppl

  4. well depends if your thinking public or private and how much your willing to be paying.

a good not too exppensive school is riverside girls.

some others are monty, abotsleigh, ravenswood, winnona. a co-ed one is sceggs.

you need to be a bit more specific to whether you want co-ed or girls school, private or public.
