What schooling do you need to become an Editor and Chief?

I am interested in working for a fashion magazine when I finish high school but would like to know which university major to take. Not only that, which universitiy. If anybody could help, that would be great. :)

English and Journalism.

Some good schools for journalism:  Univ of Calif at Berkeley, Syracuse Univ, NYU, Univ of Maryland.

Journalism or Comunitcations with a minor in Fashion Design would probably be very helpful for. With majoring in Journalism or communications you get the foundations of writing down and how to articulate in a magazine field and of course with fashion design you learn more about the eye for fashion. You may want to write an actual fashion magazine and find out for sure though.
