amount of memorizing biology, calculating with physics, has a bright career outlook, is fun and enjoyable? is biochemistry as a major to graduate with that hard compared to other science major? is food science okay?

Biology and Chemistry both have a lot of memorization.

In my opinion, Math and Physics involve the least.  They also demand the most in terms of logical reasoning.

Don't get a science degree- you sound like you are looking for the "easy road." This is not a field to cut corners in - it is one that demands a thirst for knolodge and a want and desire for that knolodge.
