  1. To join the Army with Option 40 (Ranger) in your contract, you need a high school diploma (or be a senior in good standing) and score 50 or better on your ASVAB.

Talk to your recruiter about the weight limit, it varies by age, and there is a body composition standard as well.

Once you've been a Ranger for a few years, apply for Special Forces.

Once you've been SF for 10-15 years, then you can ask about Delta.

  2. Ask the recruiter.  I won't even touch on Delta Force.

  3. So long as you pass the ASVAB you will be fine on the scores to get in, so don't worry about those, what you need to focus on is the PT, you'll need an amazing score on that to graduate from the Rangers. If slots are available then your recruiters and career counselors will be able to assist you in getting the option for ranger school in your contract when you enlist. For the army, the max Body Fat % is 30 and the max weight is 184. Anyway let me know if you have any other questions about joining the army, I've just joined so I learned a bit, and I know how to find the answers to the rest.
