What screen recorder do commercial products use?

i have cam studio and i make videos (mostly tutorials)but there on my screen. When I'm done you cant read what the words say. they look like lines and when i watch professionals or sometimes not professionals it doesn't have that its clear does anyone know wich one they use or one around the same quality buts free can u tell im sorry this is cinda long.

its mostly what program you render it in because movie makers quality is bad.  also, you can change the quality of the capture probably
