  6. As everyone is saying, it's summer.  And this year is an extremely hot one.  Lots of days with temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.  Sometimes the nights will be in the 80's, so we're talking h-o-t.

    If you're visiting, plan on it being hot and probably humid, depending on what area of the state you visit.  We can also have thunderstorms, although this year has been relatively dry.

    So plan on heat, humidity and possible rain.  Check out the site below, for weather information.  These are links for the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area to get you started. You'll see what we all mean.
