What season is it in Europe when it is summer in the USA?

Since our earth’s axis is tilted 23 and ½ degrees, the equator is the dividing line between seasons. Europe is approximately the same latitude as the US above the Equator, so it has basically the same seasons as the US. The northern and southern hemispheres are opposite seasons above 30 degrees North(N), and below 30 (S) degrees south.

For instance Australia’s summer/equals N. latitude’s winter, and      

Australia’s spring /equals N. latitude’s fall and visa versa.

Edit: between 30S to 30N There is no real winter or summer...
