Why should they do anything? Murders such as this are, thankfully, incredibly rare, and you can't realistically legislate against the occasional lone nutcase who decides to kill someone. I'm sure if he hadn't been able to do it on a bus, he would have done it somewhere else.

All buses equiped with Security check at the time of entering the Bus, with Video Documenting is the present sollution, but nor for ever.  The present situation is the result of Socio economical problems in the world.
