What seems, doesnt mean it always is, but right now, who seems to be the most improved NFL team so far?

As a Pats fan I hate to say it, but the Dolphins. I saw the Phins-Jags game the other day and was impressed. I know it's only preseason, but the Dolphins were shutting down David Garrard and the Jaguars 1st-string offense. Pennington and Henne were quite impressive, as well as Ricky Williams.

I would say the Miami Dolphins will be the most improved NFL team,but we'll see for sure when the games begin,after the lousy season they had last year,anything is an improvement

Oakland Raiders.

They made some outstanding acquisitions on defense in the off-season to create the best secondary in football.  They have six guys that they are going to rotate in on the defensive line to help stop the run for a change.

Jamarcus Russell was the first to show up in camp and he was in outstanding shape.  The backfield at Oakland is going to be tough with Fargas, McFadden, and Bush.

At least nine wins this year.

i'd say the Jets.  not only because of favre, but they now have a good o-line and thomas jones is a good back, so the offense should do pretty well.  defense should be decent too, so they are looking to win like 8-10 games this season.  which is way better than the 4 wins they had last season.
