You have to try freeza pak to believe how good it is and of course there are scenar devices and ray treatments.   4. C-spine disc bulges depending on the severity can be manged with conservative treatment. It should improve with a good exercise program to strengthen the muscles around the disc bulge. Osteopathic, Physiotherapy and Chiropractic treatment may also give you some releif and help it to heal quicker.

    Keeping the muscles in your neck strong, supple and keeping space between the vertebrae would be my best advice.
