2. Most Cabinet members and VP consult with Doctors and each other.

3 Consensus is that the President is unable to carry out the duties of the Office and in writing inform both the leadership of the house and the senate.

4 VP assumes duties until president is certified to be once more capable of assuming the duties of his Office.
