What service providers (for Singapore) have the lowest IDD rates? For calling out to the UK, particularly.?

Actually, none of the service providers rates are good...even though it says Free call to UK, they are charging you the local mobile call rates of nothing less that S$0.18 cents....you should look into other provider like call back of about S$0.12 cents...of similar quality...check it out...example of provider is

I looked a plan up that I use and it says to to Singapore are 2.2 cents a minute. Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but thought I would try to help. Hope it does. Good Luck!
