  1. Help you buy or sell ur house

    Duh.

To go that extra mile, detailed and unbias advice, with conclusions drawn from research of a wide market, not one or two influences. To show you houses they think are defintitely suited to you. And to do that, they will need to KNOW you.

=) But if ur not happy, just get someone new, but the current realtor could just not be right for you. Different people require different things.

  2. Well depending on the market (it changes about every 6 months).

In this current market, it will take longer to sell. This is everywhere.

My expectation, because my Real Estate Agent s asking a lot of money. I want them to work their butt off. I want a aggressive agent.

I want' to see the MLS listing. proving to me that other Realtors know that it's for sale.

I want to see active marketing. Newspaper, Internet, Craigslist, Penny Saver. and what I feel is crucial. Flyers on the Post, if not a voice box so the potential buyer can hear more about it. They also have video boxes in some areas.

I want the Flyers passed out in my neighborhood (it works) a neighbor my have a relative that wants them near.? Most homes

    are sold like this.

I want a open house at least once a week until sold. During the

week is okay, but use common sense. Some good during the

week times are selective Holidays. People are out and not at

    work.

Let's see. I'd have my agent call me with updates regularly with updates. (it is what you are hiring them for). Make them show

proof of their work and ask if it's working.

You realize that in the end they will receive Thousands of your dollars, that will go into their pockets, so they can pay for their Bmer or Benz,  to put that high price gas in.

BUYERS: Make sure that they are not stirring you. Meaning just

showing you their lisitings. And you don't have to work with just them, if you feel that they are showing you junk.

If you have time, go online to Realtors.com. Do your homework.

There are a lot of good deals out now.

Make sure your agent know the market.
