What setting do I need to change on my search options to keep the sales websites away?

Somehow I have allowed outside websites to enter my search results. What do I need to change to keep my searches specific to the address I click on in search results? Somehow I was tricked into allowing outside websites to step into my search with offers I don't want when I am on a specific search. The only way I can get to the address I want from search results is to copy and paste the address. There must be a way to get this back to normal.

Down load a tool bar,search engine....I use 8 different search engines.
