After Bower v. Hardwick (see below,) pretty much every consensual sexual activity is legal. No, really, those morality laws were repealed en masse a few years back by the Supreme Court on the basis of the implicit right to privacy developed by the Warren court in Loving v. Virginia.

Correction: Bower V. Hardwick was an '86 ruling that upheld sodomy statutes targeting the MSM community in spirit and or letter. Lawrence v. Texas overrules Bower. Just mixed up the two case names; not a lawyer.

Is this rhetorical where you already know the answer?  I would guess that it is oral s*x. It used  to be illegal in a lot of states, even between married couples but a judge held that people can't peek into windows to control what happens between married couples so it has een thrown out of some states and in others ignored, at least between married couples.  There might still be some cases where it is still illegal and it could well be in 12 states.  it is not often enforced, although it has been int he past.  There may be other actions as well.  I'd think that anal s*x might be illegal in many more states than 12 and i consider that more kinky and less acceptable than oral s*x.    In many states even forcing oral s*x is not rape, but rather sexual imposition as it is not considered sexual intercourse.  That was why several politicians performed only oral s*x and not sexual intercourse.  It is classified differently legally.
