What shade of lipgloss ? ?

i read a magazine that said boys notice glossy lips .. so i thought .. why not try some ?? the problem is i haven't a clue when it comes to lippy , coz i havent really bothered with it before . and i need help . i have light brown hair and usually pale skin , but ive been on holiday recently so its quite tanned . i thought this is a good time to ask because i start school again next week . xD . thanks for your suggestions.

I personally use vaseline most of the time because it leaves my lips shiny and makes them soft, but if i do ever wear lip gloss i will always put vaseline on underneath to make it last longer.

Another lip gloss that with look after your lips is E.L.F. moisture care. It is £1.50 from http://www.eyeslipsface.co.uk/product~pr... it lasts ok, but i have it in "Baby lips" which is like the same colour as my lips so it it really subtle and makes my lips shine.

If you really want your lips to be big and essentuate that pout use a lip plumper. Apparently http://www.eyeslipsface.co.uk/product~pr... doesn't work very well. Another good buy is only £1 from the opia range in primark. It is clear lip gloss, which you can put over any lipstick and it will make it gleam. I use it over Collection 2000 volume boost in red red for the 50s pin up look which looks lush.

If you are just looking for normal lip gloss go to boots natural collection and for £1.99 get either barley sugar or caramel for shiny lips that aren't too bold.

Plum shades are the most universal

First Kiss a really nice pink not to bubble gum looking

Secret Rendezvous  a beautiful burgundy,  so it depends on how much color you would like

it is so true they notice shiny lips  i think the best kind of lip gloss is maybelline new york shiny licious in # 56 sugar plum is the best   .  Its expensive tho 5 dollars but last long and smells good makes your lips REALLY shiny!

Im pretty pale with brown hair. I really like my Sephora Kiss Bronzed when I have a bit of color. It's a great gloss. You may also want to try a clear gloss (Lancome juicy tube or Clinique moisturizing gloss). Since you have a bit of a sunkissed look, the gloss and a swipe of mascara will give you such a beautiful and natural look. Most guys dont find piles of makeup attractive - they tend to go for the "natural" beauties, so the mascara and gloss should do it! My guy loves that look!
