  1. If u are a kiddie and like to play mario and pokemon games than wii otherwise 360.i think u dont even want a 360 cause u have PS3 and A gaming pc so get a handheld :D PSP...

  2. i would go for the Wii dont go for the 360 PS3 is already having better games and most games coming for 360 are gonna also come out for the PS3

  3. if you're thinking of buying a wii you should out this site first. they give you a nintendo wii for FREE! all you need to do is complete a few quick tasks for them.

  4. it's a good question

my household owns both, and there are plus points for each

i personally prefer the 360 as a fan of the original xbox over the ps2, but i'll try not to be biased

the wii is a very fun machine, however the games selction is a mine field, with lots (and i mean lots) of very bad games. But when you hit a good game on the wii, it's really compelling and normally extremely playable

obviously the wii is substantially cheaper as a plus point, but buying extra peripherals might put you off (nunchuck here and a sterring wheel there etc etc) also the online capabilities of wii have yet to have been fully realised, however it does come with wifi as standard and has a store and internet browser (which i think you now have to pay for)

    onto the 360

it's the oldest next gen console, and has a wealth of games to provide. Now the ps3 has bluray, but in this current age of technology bluray discs can't do much more than allow developers to make bigger games, rather than better ones, yet. So 360, gamewise, is very similar to ps3.

The 360 exclusives are generally very good and some are worth buying the console for. The main reason i prefer 360 over ps3 and the wii is xbox live.

Xbox live gold is fantastic for £40 a year, you get dedicated servers so games are less likely to lag online you can play online and you get downloads a week before silver subscribers. The xbox marketplace is awash with free trial versions of most of the games on xbox and lots of updated classic arcade games AND downloadable content for games. You can also buy games, movies and lots of other customisable things (but lots of stuff is over-priced, beware)

Xbox live silver is good for chatting with friends, downloading demos and such, but no online play

Now the problem I find with the 360 is the little extra costs here and there. If you're planning on going wireless, you'll need to pay £50 to get the specially made one because that's the only one that works. Xbox live, despite being a massive swinger, does cost £40 and if you want to webcam up with your friends, it's extra for a camera

Saying that, Microsoft offer a brilliant customer service, fill in a form when you get your console and they will deal with whatever problems you may have with your console

    So, wii or 360?

it all comes down to how you want to play... if you have friends that come to your house regularly and you're not a graphics nut and consider yourself a 'casual gamer' then the wii is a brilliant option.

if your friends own 360's and have xbox live, get some games get online and take on the world as a team or just kick each other. 360's are less 'casual gamer' friendly and demand a bit more playing time most of the time

It all comes down to personal preference, if you don't want online play, and don't really care about the market place, then your ps3 will do the same thing as the 360, so get the wii for something different.

But if you want a different perspective on next-gen gaming, the 360 is a nice alternative to the ps3

  5. The Nintendo Wii.

Too many bad things about the 360 that I have heard too many complaints about. Mainly the Red Ring of Death.

Nintendo consoles tend to have the better games in my opinion.
