  1. be a man just be like f*ck you mom im doing what ever the f*ck i want like it or not

  2. People who box are less likely to get into fight compared to someone who doesn't box because most experienced boxers know how to control their emotions and think while they're in a ring as to someone who would just start random fights. I think you should just explain to her about the good aspects about boxing. I mean sure you're going to get hit but that builds your confidence and self-esteem. Plus boxing is a great workout and stress reliever as well as a form of self defense. Not only does boxing build you physically but it also builds you mentally. Just try to explain that to her.

  3. honestly shes right i boxed 15 years had 75 amateur fights 48 wins and i had so many hard times in those 15 years do to boxing. It brings a lot of physical and emotional pain but it can also bring you an all time high a lot of the time. Their are a lot of risks involved but if this is 100% what you want to do there should be noone who decides whether you can or cant do it but yourself. If you still want to do this as a career after taking numerous blows to the face and head you are meant to be in this sport and you belong in it. It will take sometime as most mothers dont want their kids involved in a violent sport like boxing because they dont understand it. But if you keep bugging her and bugging her she will hopefully eventually give in and let you give it a try. Best of luck.

  4. ask your dad...lol

but seriously ask her to let you just try it and if she still thinks its too violent or she won't let you try it wait till you're old enough to do it on your own or find another sport
