What shall i do with my hair?

i really need a good hair cut. i haven't had my haircut since last october, and all my ends are split from me straightening. its in pretty good condition except for that. my face is oval/squarish shape, but i dont know what to have done. its is naturally quite wavy. i dont know if a side fringe would be alright.. (think emo-ish)

i think a side fringe would look good they suit almost everyone and can be emo-ish! lol! also will get rid of alot of split ends i suffer from them stupid straghtners! :P
