  2. I'm having a can of tomato basil soup with rotini in it... Progresso... it's not bad...

  3. make yourself a salad get a paper plate make yourself a salad add your favourite foods eg sliced beetroot,tomatoes, cucumber, onions, boiled eggs celery, radishes etc pour salad  cream over it then cover with cling film so when its your lunch break you can eat it where you are or in your canteen room  this will tie you over until you get home and have your supper

  4. SOMETHING healthy.

    unless you want to sleep all afternoon?

  8. Lunch its nearly tea time how about cheese on toast with brown sauce if you are at work you might have to settle for a sandwich or a salad or I could do you a nice oatcake with beans and sausage in MMMmmmmm.

  13. Let's see, I had a bagel and cream cheese and an iced coffee. Does that sound like something you would have for lunch?

  14. I had a pita with hummus, salad, yoghurt and falafel inside. It was delicious!

    How about smoked chicken on rye bread, with a baby tomato and basil salad?

  17. You should have a tune & chicken sandwich on rye bread with lettuce tomatoes pickles and egg shreds...  a ceasar side salad with sprouts .... and either coffee tea or cranberry/apple juice ... it's yummy scrummy & good for your tummy lol! Sounds good tho, doesn't it?

    And then some cheesecake for dessert.

  18. Beluga caviar on a multiseed brown Italian bread, washed down by freshly squeezed pomegranate and goji berry juice, and finished by a nice cup of Irish Coffee. mmm
