Cook some chicken, onion and add a pepper.  Throw in some spices (hot, bbq or just suit your taste), grate some cheese and then add the contents to a tortilla wrap.  Optional, add a bit of sour cream, guacamolie and or salsa.  You will enjoy, I'm sure.....................

Well, I would realy like something I haven't got to cook.

Last night, I made one of my  'bungitinandhopeforthebestthingys.' It came out quite well for a change. It was so nice, I had some in my packed lunch at work today.

I bought a mushroom stir fry and wondered if there was anything else I could do with it, besides stir fry it. I lined a round 7 inch cake tin with baking paper. (stops it sticking, no need for any fat. ) I layed out the stir fry in the tin and added red onions and a little seasoning. I then beat 5 medium eggs and poured over the stir fry. I then baked it for about 20 minutes. ( I did manage not to burn it this time) It was lovely hot and could be served with new potaoes and salad as a vegetarian dish or you could add meat or fish.  It was really nice cold too and cheap to make. It would serve three to four ordinary eaters or 2 greedies.   Yum. :-)
