What shampoo and conditioner is the best for volume and body?

i have seen many different kinds of shampoo/conditioner spedifically for volume and body but i dont want to waste money buying the wrong ones. I've seen Aussie, Garnier, Loreal, Sunsilk, Vo5, Herbal essenses, tresemme etc. ..... HELP!

I think Herbal Essences Body Envy is good.

I don't need the body so I don't use it, but my friends with thin hair like it.

buy aussie aussome volume.. i just goy it and i love it .. it makes my hair really soft, bouncy and full and it even has a no worry garentee stamp on it

head and shoulders are also good (seperate shampoo and conditioner)
