i really like garnier long &

strong - i use it right now and

it smells great & prevents split

ends.

you should get a trim, too.

but the garnier strength & repair

masque isn't all that great - my hair

doesn't feel very smooth when i rinse

it out, i don't like it at all.

i'd trust john frieda & dove, too!

make sure you keep your hair moisturized

by using a deep conditioner and a split ends

repair serum.

well i use the pantene "ice shine" products, They work 100% awesome for me.

You should try it, I am pretty sure you are going to get the exact same results you need!!

Garnier works the best for breakage but if  a shampoo that really works well is actually PERT plus!! Hope I could help!!
