What shoes would go great with this (turquoise) dress?

I can't walk in heels that are 3" or higher. I forgot to mention earlier that I have it in turquoise, not black. It's so hard to find shoes in this color!

I'd to for a different color, though, like black, brown, tan, white, metallic (bronze, gold, silver), or navy.
