  1. Lots of shops are in temple bar. Its know for its pubs and niteclubs. It also has restaurants and some tourist shops. Its in the centre of dublin city so everything is near-by.

Howth is on the outskirts of north dublin, you can get there by bus or train.

Dont understand your question about Euros.

  2. Hi, Temple Bar is the hot spot of Dublin for nightlife but there are also lot's of different shops in that area. To work out euros get your calculator out and put   1 divided by the exchange rate multiplied by cost of the item, so at the moment the exchange rate is 1.40 euros  so it's  1 divided by 1.40 multiplied by we will say 9.50euro price of an item = £13.30 in English pounds.  I hope you understand my "workings out".  Enjoy your stay in Dublin i love the city and am going back in January.

  3. Howth is about 20 minuets bus journey from Temple Bar.

  4. why all the thumbs down for corrects answers???!!! it is Euro, howth is 20 mins from the city centre, and Temple bar is the main drinking, not shopping part of Dublin,

  6. the main shopping areas of Dublin are in Grafton st and Henry St, the shops in Temple bar tend to me more specialist

It EURO, not euros (never pluralise it), and how do you work it from WHICH other currency, you never said?

Howth is in North County Dublin, its a good bit out, but there is a direct train that can have you there in about 20 mins

  7. Temple bar is really good for night life and the pubs n clubs and its about 5mins walk from O'Connell St. which has every shop you want bang smack in the middle of Dublin so dont worry you'll be sorted

  8. Lotsa good shops in temple bar! Try Eager beaver, ad hoc, fresh urban outfitters...

  9. Temple Bar is mostly Bars and Restaurants.  Elephant & Castle is good.  Stop in there have a few pints and dinner.  When you’re finished, give the waitress 50 Euro.  She’ll bring your change.  That’s how the Euro works.

After dinner, jump on the Dart going northbound and you’ll be in Howth before you know it. (30 Minutes on the Howth Train, of course.)
