hmmm good question

I think what's missing in my area is maybe a high end sandwich shop/cafe and also a ice cream shop but they could be mixed into one shop

i've been looking at what business I could start in my area

But when i did my business studies coursework a few years ago I wrote about starting a youth cafe and a gym - and i must of wrote something good because i got an A ;)
