What shops sell international phone cards?

ive tryed post office there cards arnt very good im wanting to call spain

Try corner shops or newsagents. I find they have a great selection. Also, you could try www.telestunt.co.uk - they aren't cards but offer cheap rates though the normal phone without subscription.

A lot of gas stations sell them.

Wal-Mart, K-Mart and other large stores carry them. You can also buy them online, sometimes for cheaper than at the stores.

Try VoIP (Skype, etc),

Has been problem with some phone card companies doing sale or return to wholesalers, who sell on to retailers but do not pass back the money,

Consumer ends up with dead card
