pretty much everyone on eBay accepts paypal, and many of these are legitimate retailers who also run shops.

You can also type 'PAYPAL ACCEPTED MUSIC CD' in a search engine and pick out the retailers from the results.  If you use Google, make sure you tick the UK results only box just below your search argument.
