I recently read that if charges are not filed againt her within 33[ now 32 days] she will be let out og jail per a Florida law.

So for real what charges can anybody think of that will stick to keep her in jail?

  1. Even if she is released, they can, at any time go back and re-arrest and charge her. This whole 33 day thing isn't a get out of jail free pass.

  2. hopefully the forensic testing on the possible human remains in the trunk of her moms car she was driving will give the police enough to charge her with open murder and improper disposal of a human corpse, felony aggravated child abuse and whatever else they can throw at her.at the very least she is guilty of abandoment, child endangerment, neglect, giving false statements to a police officer and impedeing an ongoing investigation!i hope she gets every thing her cold heart deserves and that caylee is found soon so her family will be able to give her a proper burial and to know  the truth of what casey anthony has done to her own child and why!

  3. I think she should be charged with murder because I think that Casey did have something to do with Caylee's disappearance.

  4. child neglect.

  5. Child Neglect, Child endangerment, tampering with a investigation, they could dig up just about anything and nail her with it.

But as others said, even if she does get out they can always go back and re-arrest her.

The only danger here is that she might kill herself while out of jail, she might run off - flee out of state, or she might be killed by a angry mob.

  6. you know what i think, i think this women killed her baby. the fact that she could even say something like " they only care about caylee, not me". i mean COME ON!!! if that doesnst scream guilty i dont know what is!
