What should I add to the "Rise of the Dragon Lord" Structure Deck from Yu-gi-oh to make it better?

My friends are getting used to all of my strategies with this deck and are starting to beat me with it. What cards should I add in so I can make this deck stronger and better??

"Rise of the Dragon Lord" is a pretty bad deck.  I would recommend a Chimeratech OTK deck instead of that horrible structure.
