What should I avoid while taking Clomid?

I'm not on any other medications but if I get a headache will it be ok to take a paracetamol ?

Yes, but not Ibuprofen which can mess with ovulation. Paracetamol (that's aceteminophen in the US, BTW) is fine.

well what i do is avoid all paracetamol i know it's prob harmless but i like not to take anything that could ruin my chances.

i don't drink alcohol at all while on clomid - too risky

but i guess just eating normally is fine.

I took Clomid as well and wasn't told that there was anything that I had to avoid while taking it.  I would just double check with your doctor if your unsure.  But I'm pretty sure its okay to take that. Good luck.
