Hi there, I'm currently attending online college for a degree in business administration, but my new goal is to become a speech therapist. Is there anyone out there who knows what I will have to take to get my AA and get into a program at San Francisco State? Any and all responses are appreciated!

  2. I assume you plan to transfer as a junior after completing your GE at a junior college.

I would suggest you take courses in anatomy and physiology, medical terminology,  psychology, and child development. All will give you a jump start once you get to SFSU.

Before you go there, though, check with the Department of Communicative Disorders at SFSU for specifics. It may just be easier (for them, not you) to go to the SFSU bookstore (or online) and buy a catalog (not a schedule of classes). The catalog will list all prerequisites for each class.
