What should I bring for a 10 hour car trip?

Im 15 and we're leaving tomorrow for a 10 hour car trip.

What are some things I should bring?

  1. I suggest you bring lot's of pillow's and blankets to make the backseat as comfy as possible. I'm not sure how much electronic stuff you have but I always bring my psp, i-pod, Gameboy, and all of that whanot. Or even if you have a portable dvd player. =D Just basically load tons of c**p you like doing into the backseat. Hm... Bring a book? Today Breaking Dawn just came out. =) If you've never heard anything about it, I suggest you get the first book in the series, Twilight. You'll be wrapped up in it the whole way to your destination. It's that good. Even if you don't like reading. Bring junk food, fersure. =D Hm... I can't think of much else becuase whenever I go on long trips I get mesmerized by all of the scenery. Bring a camera for that sort, I suppose. AH! And yer cellphone. ^^; I hope you have fun. =P

Some of the things I would bring would include: an iPod or mp3 player, blanket, pillow, gum/candy, snacks, drinks, (or get the munchies on the way), puzzle books or a reading book (unless you get car sick when reading), dramamine if you do get car sick, comfy clothes and an outfit to change into dependent on your plans upon arrival at your destination, a smile, and a good attitude to make the ride go smoothly. Some bring magnetic or travel games to play while on the ride. I always bring good music that will last throughout the trip there and back. Hope this helps. Safe travels and have fun!

    something 2 eat your bound to get hungry after a few hours

    portable dvd player and you could go rent a film or 2 u have not seen 2 watch

    piece of paper/cards you can play some games with people in the car(not the driver he mite crash lol)

    some sort of game fing like a psp or a gameboy or nitendo that sort of thing.

    a cushion and blanket so you can sleep if u get tired

    if this is a girl (make-up there is bound to be some cute guys)

  28. I just got back from an 11 hr car trip. It sucked. I brought my phone and iPod and puzzle books and pillow and blankets. I slept and texted most of the way there....and my *** still hurts from sitting that long in a car. I also brought like 50 billion snacks, lol.

  30. 1. iPod - [ Treat this as if it was one of your limbs ].

    Also, get one of those chargers where you can plug in the car.

    2. Book - Reading, there's honestly no better way to kill time and be productive at the same time.

    3. Camera - Statistics show that one of the many reasons why people don't spend a lot of plane tickets is because of the scenery they're going to miss! I mean, half the fun is pretty much on the road.

    4. Journal - If you don't have one, start one now.

    5. A DYI [ Do it yourself ] kit. Those are always so much fun.

    6. A Sketchbook - Haha, when I was 12. I'd sketch whatever I see on the road, and literally anything. A homeless amputee next to a church, it's after that I realized I have an artistic ability in me. Who knows? You might get inspired as well :]

    7. A HUGE empty bag - Because, you never know what interesting things you might find o.o Like I remember driving through random towns, like Last Chance, Colorado... and they'd have some pretty cool souviners, and I didn't know where to keep them all without them getting broken, stolen, or lost.
