  1. Well I suggest pencils (more than one in case they break), a carrier for your books, note paper (to keep information and some teachers like to do work the first day), and a binder (to keep the syllabus and extra handout your teachers give you), and of course your schedule (some times class change rooms and you want to double check).

  2. notebook, pen, and planner.

  3. if you have your books, bring them, otherwise just take a notebook with you. syllabi will be handed out, you might have a real class day in some classes. your instructors usually expect you to already have the book.

    good luck!

  4. paper pens and a note book... you dont need much.. teachers hand out syllabi.. and talk about how they run the class and waste time thats about it..

  5. dont take your books.  only take a notebook and a pen maybe a calculator for a math class.

  6. A fresh mind to help you pay attention to the professor.

A pencil or pen to write down anything as well.

On the first day, you'll likely just be getting the syllabus/course outline and the professor will just be explaining it to you.

  7. I always bring a notebook and pen to the first day of a college course. The instructor will hand out a syllabus and will let you know about any changes in textbooks (which is why I never buy books ahead of time) and extra supplies needed (e.g., a binder for a portfolio, a dissection kit for lab work, a scientific calculator for math classes). Don't worry! Everyone else is as nervous as you!
