What should I bring to practice?

Next week I have 12 hour practices everyday for the whole week.. We're not allowed to leave the campus so what kind of food / drinks / stuff should I bring?

  1. cold cut sandwiches roast beef, pastrami...... frozen energy or water bottles, these will act to keep the other items cold. some fruit cups or pudding cups to snak on good sugar energy...;........

    toasted bread or some crackers and sun chips.
