What should I bring with me when I go to Cuba?

I'm going to Cuba soon and since it's my first time I'm completely clueless on what to bring.Can you please list everything that I will need and if you list the quantity hat I should bring = even better. Also I heard if you bring things with you for the hotel staff and others it's highly appreciated, so what should I bring for gifts as well?
