well potatoes are a must, they are really easy to cook, like you put them on a bag close it, put it on the microwave for 9 minutes, and tah dah! theyre cooked then you can do mashed potatoes or potato salad, you can also buy the mashed potato boxes, and the bag with sliced potatoes to cook, and the vegetables ones. Mac and cheese its really easy, seasoned chicken just to fry, pre made salads, there are a lot of things, it depends on what you like.

frozen food section!! you could get an already prepaired meal and even go a step further and make mash taters and easy microwave veggies with it. even go futher then that and make a salad and garlic bread lol.. thanks what i do when i dont feel like cooking.

At most grocery stores in their deli section they have rotisserie chickens they make there themselves. Whenever I need something quick for dinner I always pick one of those up (the lemon pepper kind is DELICIOUS!) and then for sides there are the amazing ashed potatos that are already made and all you have to do is heat them up (usually by poultry and meats in a cooler thing) or Lipton rice sides (chicken rice is the best!) that you just pop in a bowl with 2 cups of water and put it in the microwave for 12 minutes and you're done! and get a can of veggies (green beans or corn or something) and pop them in the microwave for a minute and presto! A delicious and healthy meal! :)

Eggs....they work in so many ways and cook quickly! Buy some ham or bacon and some cheese and a few fresh veg (onion, peppers, zucchini) and you have a huge meal in one omelet!!  Yummy!
