What should I buy first. I-Pod or Laptop?

When it comes to home/personal entertainment,what would be first choice to buy a laptop or an ipod touch.

No offence, but that's a very stupid question (not that your're stupid)

An Ipod: listen to music, and some ipod can watch videos

A laptop: Internet (u can do almost ANYTHING on it) and well even without the internet, you can do so much one it

Get a laptop, you can do almost anything on it, and it's portable and very entertaining and you can never get bored of a laptop, an ipod you will get bored of very easily so I really suggest a laptop, and go buy a good one, not a 300, 200 one, buy one at least 700 and up, they go on sale too, my friend got a laptop, 1,000, sale for 500 50% off!

i would have to go with a laptop because you can go on the internet, get your work done, and also listen to music while your doing other stuff. Go with the laptop, then an ipod.

Ipods are limited to music, video, pictures etc. Think of it as a mini media center.

Laptops are NOT limited, and you can go play games and all the features of an ipod + more.

When you search for a laptop. make sure the processor is nice, dual core and fast. Also there should be at LEAST 2gb of RAM. The more the faster. Also, make sure you have enough space in the hard drive. i say 250gb for a laptop will be enough. And if you're planning to game, make sure the video card is good. Perfeefibbily Nvidia or ATI.

and can even be jailbroken

Laptops are better for videos and movies etc

but laptop speakers suck for music
