  1. you should get him sheets for his bed with all the super heros on it

  2. Spiderman web blasters, action figures, hotwheels, etc. Anything he feels interested in that isn't over the top!

  3. buy big spiderman stickers and paste them in his room without him knowing anything! it's more like a surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Can I ask a question myself? Did you buy the wii and psp and clothes for this birthday? If so I think you have alreay went above and beyond your duty. The things that you have bought him are more like his parents gifts. So if you really would like to get him something else how about a sleeping bag with spiderman or a little tent set that he can use to sleep out on the living room floor with.

  5. You could buy him a sheet and blanket set with Spiderman or characters from the Cars movie. Or other items for his room in these themes (like a lamp, etc).

  6. If he likes cars, then buy him Hot Wheels cars. Or one of those rugs that has roads on it that they can pretend to drive around on. Spiderman.. you can just go to Target or Wal Mart or whatever and buy Spiderman merchandise.

Personally, I would buy him Thomas the Tank Engine toys- they are high quality toys that will last for years and years.

You might also try getting him one of those plastic toy workbenches... kids love those.

One word of advice, though: five is very, very young for so many video games. Video games, in my opinion, destroy your mind and undermine intelligent children's ability to function in school. I have seen so many young boy ruined by video games. It impairs their ability to play on their own, dictates their attitude, and determines basically everything they do. Video games can literally take a child over. Be wary.

Good luck, though. I would also recommend Zomes and any type of assembly type toy where the child has to build something- kids will love them for years and they're very interactive toys that promote creativity!

    Hope this helps!
