  1. a water play station for outside.

  2. i think u could get him a potty chair... and the potty doll boy.. he can have fun... and if he sits on the potty he can learn that at the same time...

  3. There are some great, small, inexpensive, race tracks for toddlers.  I got my son 2 for his second birthday and he loves them!  They are both very small and all one piece so you don't have a big huge track running around your house.  They are both Playskool, by Hasbro.  I found them in the toddler, 18 -36 months, section at Toys R Us.  One was $20.00 and the other (which takes batteries and the cars go around by themselves) was $30.00.  They come with the cars too.  My son also loves anything he can stack, he has stacking buckets and stacking cups, and plays with them everyday.  Another option is a musical instrument set.  There are cheap, plastic sets and are really fun.  I have found that my son enjoys the simple things the best.  Match box cars, stacking toys, sets of balls.

  4. buy him one of those remote control boats. He can maneuver the controls at 2 years old and he likes playing in water so he Will probably be thrilled!
