OK. I'm 14 and I am about 5"6 3/4 and weight about 150 lbs. Am I considerded overweight? I am at the 95th percentile for height and weight I think. Most of my friends are 5"3,5"6 and weight about 95-115 lbs. I want to know honestly Am I overweight? In october I am going to be playing soccer and basketball. I go to the gym daily with my dad. How can I change my diet also? What are some good diets(i will not go on any pills) for teenagers.P.S. I want honesty!
