I am going back to school and don't feel confident about my look

i think that you have a pretty face; but maybe you should just change your hair; like get a new cut and style

well.

get some angled and choppy bangs.

maybe more of a hair style with shape.

and layers to bring more attension to your face.

& maybe a bolder lip color.

even though in the picture you cant tell but your lips seem kinda dull.

TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST, I DON'T THINK THAT YOU REALLY HAVE TO CHANGE ANYTHING...IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WAY THAT YOU LOOK THOUGH, YOU COULD GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED, JUST A LITTLE THINNER AND YOU WOULD LOOK GREAT WITH SOME FRINGY SIDE BANGS...I WOULD KEEP THE LENGTH ON YOUR HAIR BUT DEFINATLY CUT SOME FRINGY SIDE BANGS AND PUT SOME FRINGY TAPERING AROUND YOUR FACE MAYBE WITH JUST A FEW LAYERS TOWARDS THE BOTTOM..

I think you look fantastic! These are ONLY suggestions, nothing but!

Shape your eyebrows a bit with the tweezers, just to get the ones out of the natural shape of your brow.

Maybe some mascara, make sure to get the ones that are LONG LASTING and make your eyes look bigger (research that maybe?)

A white eyeliner also defines your eyes and makes them POP!

Last put not least, a soft soft soft green [with shimmer] as an eyeshadow in the day, and for any special occasions try a light-medium dark brown. None glitter or shimmer, just a chalky brown that is easy to rub in.

**Please note: put on eyeshadow first before mascara, so that the eyeshadow doesn't fall onto your lashes--that's the worst.
