What should I cook for dinner?

Question

I'm having guests for dinner tomorrow and I dont know what to make.

I've already made a pasta salad with peperoni slices, mozzerella cubes, tomato, cucumber, and basil from my garden.

So I'd kinda like to make something that goes with that. Something nice and summer-y. Only thing is, I dont have a barbeque.

So if anyone has a menu suggestion, that would be awesome.

I would say some salmon. Super easy to make and very delicious. My favorite is just to wrap it in some tinfoil with lemon and some pepper and take it out when its still tender.

There are a million good seasonings for salmon so look for some and good luck =)
